Squashed with:
* Separate processKickAck handler for eathena
* Move ea's adminrecv and its sole handler processKickAck into TMWA
namespace
* Revert "Fix wrong read of clif_GM_kickack packet"
This would break TMWA packet processing, as @thorbjorn pointed out.
