Added support for RENEWAL constants in scripts
Supported constants:
- RENEWAL (globally enabled renewal mode)
- RENEWAL_CAST (renewal cast time)
- RENEWAL_DROP (renewal drop rate algorithms)
- RENEWAL_EXP (renewal exp rate algorithms)
- RENEWAL_LVDMG (renewal level modifier on damage)
- RENEWAL_EDP (renewal enchant deadly poison algorithm)
- RENEWAL_ASPD (renewal ASPD)
