Publish the three Database Specs Tools.
They are wiki/redesign wiki/udesign and wiki/sedesign.
Use the table at the bottom to add str/agi/vit/dex/int/luk first.
Then run redesign, fix the mob stats, and run udesign for a last tweak.
For items, only running sedesign is enough. Remember if the mobs weren't
stated using ReDesign and UDesign it is pointless. Same applies if you
use ReDesign + UDesign and neglect SeDesign - balance will be broken.
Remember that a special argument or python flag must be set to use these tools.
