##0 The main goal was to revert two major regressions from 12.2 related to skills.
##0 The other regression - Casino Coins exchange being removed - wasn't addressed.

##0 ##BCandor Battle##b was tweaked, and so was crafting. Explore a ##BNew Quest##b
##0 but don't forget to duck when time comes! ##BTown Admins##b can now ##Bexile##b
##0 players from their towns, which will be unable to touch the Soul Menhirs.
##0 This is experimental and bugs may happen - a lot of them, actually.

##0 Several bugs were added, and it is so hot, that I think a new ##Bdungeon##b
##0 might have been added by "accident"! Bring cold water if you hope to survive.
##0 Last but not least, the Jesusaves' Grimorium gained even more useful info.
