More Amon Ra related changes
- Dark Blessing and Blood Sucker now have a range of 9 tiles
- Small fixes on his skills again
- G_Khalitzburg is a bit slower now
Changes to skill.conf:
-mobs now can stack ground skills by default
-mobs can place unlimited ground skills
-format for land_skill_limit changed
