* Removed superfluous 'virtual' keyword in *Handler implementations
* Renamed NPCHandler to NpcHandler
* Renamed InvyHandler to InventoryHandler
* Made all *Handler interface methods pure virtual
* Used forward declarations in net.h
* Renamed {start,end}Shoping to {start,end}Shopping
