- Corrected issues with the Keil Hyre quest. (bugreport:2511)

- Corrected minor typo in alchemsit quest. (bugreport:2530)
- High Aco is now given skills on change. (bugreport:2552)
- Added item checks to Ice Necklace quest.
- Uncommented a warp in morroc_fild.
