[skip ci] Legacy items, being SystemReserved class (ID 74xx), will be deleted
at 2019-03-31. Well, they'll be replaced with common version.
New, better weapons will be added before that date, so they have until that date
to sell these weapons, or accept their normal version (w/o knockback)
