Revert "Removed mentioning of Brazilian server"

This reverts commit b6a41f518c6072fa0e9689f2df547b495e62e401.

The idea is that Gui his forum account was hacked instead, and that the
Brazilian server is basically safe to play on. Of course, people should
still always use a different password on different server.
