2007-06-27	* Rev 10815 Updated NPC for Payon.	L0ne_W0lf	1	-0/+116
	- Added in the comeplete fortune teller. - Rewrote the Arrow quiver and Gemstone trader NPCs. Moved the Gemstone trader intot he '/merchants' folder. - Updated the information for the Payon Inn accordingly. * Removed an NPC from the Lighthalzen quests.
