2008-12-18	Removed charcommand code while allowing atcommand code to support its ↵	sketchyphoenix	1	-0/+0
	functionality. Charcommands still retain their '#' symbol but now looks for a character name as the first parameter instead of last. 2007-10-11	* Renamed import folder to import-tmpl	Playtester	12	-0/+0
