(bug:8227) - Flash Combo should not consume hp-sp and the skill not ignore the distance. - Fix a bug with Full Throttle that not consuming sp correctly and adjust the cooldown to official. - All WoE items are inactive outside WoE or PVP - Add bonus3 bSPVanishRate for Vellum Items. - Script Vellum Items. - Add 2 new bonus bSetDefRace and bSetMDefRace for the Vellum Items. - Fixed files with mixed character set or invalid CP949 characters. - Uncommented '#music' script in the_sign_quest.txt (now the soundeffect filename should be fixed). - Added a note to the header of CP949 files not to read or save them as UTF8, since it'd break their encoding. It should be safe enough to read them as EUC-KR if your text editor doesn't offer CP949 as an option. - Added FIXME notes about untranslated strings in assassin_skills.txt and WolfchevLaboratory.txt. 1. Homun cooldowns are no longer reset upon being vaporized. 2. Call Homun now displays the skill title above the char upon success. 3. Homuns that have been out of owners sight for over 3 seconds will now be teleport back to master. 4. pc_jobchange now correctly vaporizes the homun. 5. New homunculus now spawn with full health. to apply official formulas and make sure the checks are applied in the correct order - In the process, fixed the effect of luk on status changes and removed the static 3% resistance that has been proven to not exist (97 vit, 1 luk can get stunned on officials) - As there is no general luk resistance as it depends on each status change, removed the luk_status_def configurations - Updated the success chance of Decrease Agi to the formula that was extracted from Aegis (blevel/5 + int/5 + skill_lv*3 + 50) Note: I tested all the status changes thoroughly, but as this is a quite large update, it would be nice if someone could cross-check it. Note2: Renewal status resistances (for pre-renewal status changes) are currently not implemented in rAthena at all.
