2008-12-18Removed charcommand code while allowing atcommand code to support its ↵sketchyphoenix1-0/+5
functionality. Charcommands still retain their '#' symbol but now looks for a character name as the first parameter instead of last. deprecated in r6204. Item 2385 was still using bLoseSPWhenUnequip -- fixed. npc/custom/events/xmas_rings_event.txt still uses both in conjunction with setitemscript.
