- Added in the comeplete fortune teller. - Rewrote the Arrow quiver and Gemstone trader NPCs. Moved the Gemstone trader intot he '/merchants' folder. - Updated the information for the Payon Inn accordingly. * Removed an NPC from the Lighthalzen quests. - Updated a good portion of the kafra functions. - Added proper dialog for most functions. - Updated guild Kafras and some o f their locations. * Updated all Guide NPCs.
