` Fixed Guillotine Cross Poisons (bugreport:5275)
-- Paralyze decreases attack speed, flee, and movement speed
-- Death Hurt decreases the effectiveness of recovery
-- Venom Bleed reduces max HP
-- Oblivion Curse blocks natural SP recovery and skill use is denied
