Added NULL unit data validation for NPC.
- script command `npcspeed`, `npcwalkto`, `npcstop`, `unitwalk`, `unitwarp`, `unitstop` are not applicable for floating npc (without
coordinate/location).
- Fix map-crash due to unit_data `NULL`.
