Updating equip[] for script.c functions
Script commands relying on equipment slot may now access the 3 following types
EQI_COSTUME_HEAD_LOW (11)
EQI_COSTUME_HEAD_MID (12)
EQI_COSTUME_HEAD_TOP (13)
e.g.
getequipid(13) returns the item id of the equipped costume head top (if any)
