ItemDB Update:
- Added official effect for RWC_Cele_Fire and RWC_Cele_Fire2.
- Fix Battle Scroll not applying additional attack.
- Fix Mystic Scroll not applying cast reduction
- Fix Combat Pill and Advance Combat Pill giving ATK not ATKRATE.
- Fix Combat Pill and Advance Combal Pill should not stack each other when used.
