The 'weapon-type' parameter (but not weapon_type) is now deprecated as for client data. I also changed the non-existing 'animation' parameter in 'attack' node of monsters to the real one ('action'). Finally "Temporary" low id weapons are finally gone!

This reverts commit 6d9dae4296409f63985fa10b8916f64d23f8171d. You can't resize tilesets. New clients break, and old ones will ignore the new tiles, or overwrite them with tiles earlier in the set.
