Added the 'attack-action' parameter for weapons in items.xml
The 'weapon-type' parameter (but not weapon_type) is now deprecated
as for client data.
I also changed the non-existing 'animation' parameter in 'attack'
node of monsters to the real one ('action').
Finally "Temporary" low id weapons are finally gone!
