Restore emotes for Mana client
This reverts part of the following commits:
* 8b687b477f2ab5b683bb98bd3446e7b8af359913
* a86e94c1a54e173fb1cdca88b0b0da20a187d71a
* 044cb648a54266ef5c104b0504f9983f6bd55798
It does not appear to be enough yet, though. Need to debug why emotes are still not showing.
This also adds back the `settings.xml` file, so Mana client can drop its "compatibility fallback".
