* Still working on updating the status window to display properly.
* Refine bonuses on armor now apply properly. (+1 additional bonus for every 4 refines.) Refining in general now goes up to 20.
* Criticals will now no longer ignore defense, but will still always hit.
* Converted m/def2 to a short, for testing status window update, will eventually need to surpass 32k. Good like this for now while we work on it.
* Cleaned up some minor things relating tot he arch bishop skill update.
* Applied some of the 30/08/2011 kRO updates to arch bishop skills.
* Added more SI_ Constants from newer clients to status.h.
* Added constants to the database for future updates.
* Updated Runestones and creation items.
* Added Runestone delays to item_delay.
* Added Runestones receipies to produce_db.
* Added dummy rates to refine_db.
* Added Rune Knight skills to skill_cast_db
* Updated Rune Knight skills, and Arch Bishop skills.
* Updated SP requirements in skill_require_db.

- Asks for birth date associated with the account and has a waiting time of 24 hours by default (setting).
- For SQL apply upgrade_svn14700.sql to upgrade table `char`; for TXT no action is necessary, as it upgrades itself.
- This completes support for clients 2010-08-03aRagexeRE and later.
* Updated login sql engine version, missed during `birthdate` addition (follow up to r14672).

Inverted the way renames are counted: '0' now means 'no renames left' (the default).
Please make sure your database matches this new behavior before starting the server.

* Clarified char_maintenance config option.
* Changed packet 0x2712. (added request_id)
* Changed packet 0x2713. (added sex, request_id, version, clienttype; removed email, expiration time, gmlevel)
* Delayed user count check and mmo_char_send006b to when the account data arrives.

* Additionally; changed starting map from new_zone to new_1-1.
* Large update to the novice grounds. Fixed bugreport:1666
- Updated notice ground warps to reflect the above map-usage change.
- Additionally; NPCs now give EXP (base/job) dependant on your level.
- All prior novice ground progress will be lost, and variables cleared.
- NPCs give class specific items, but not the soulbound ones, yet.
- Fixed the mob count for the novice ground maps.
- Added all the old novice training ground vars to F_ClearGarbage

generated by ShowMessage(). It now works exactly like printf().
Removed/replaced all printf calls in the code.
Added a new flag to setting 'console_silent', for filtering debug messages.
Silenced the "Broken pipe found" and "Server running in debug mode" messages.
