evol/hercules - The Mana World fork of Hercules. This is vanilla Hercules with a few tiny modifications for our specific needs. Mutually-beneficial modifications are contributed upstream.

	- Added battle_config min_chat_delay (default 0) specifies in ms what is the min delay between player sent chats (whisper/global/party/guild).
