* Implemented remaining Brasilis NPCs.
* Added remaining database modifications for Brasilis.
- Added the skills for the Brasilis monsters.
- Added remaining entries for Bathroom Ghost quest.
- Added stats for the Suspicious Hydra monsters.
- Corrected the capture rate for Suspicious Hydra.
