- Removed the max level configs from battle/exp.txt
- Now NPC_POWERUP uses SC_INCATKRATE instead of SC_EXPLOSIONSPIRITS for enhancing damage. Instead of +1k atk per skilllv, it is +50% atk per skilllv.
