* Readded Chemical Protection
* Removed some old eA code that was causing Frost Nova to do an extra hit
* Corrected Vulcan Arrow's hits in skill_db
* Readded zlib and zconf .h files to under /lib
* Fixed some compile errors in Windows
* Changed remove_control_characters back to supporting korean chars
* Moved some other code around
