HP Bar Gradual Changes Config (+ bugfixes)
* Setup menu now has settings for the HP bar colors.
* StatusWindow handles HP bar changes a little more consistently.
* Fixed a bug that cut weightedAverage values in half, making the
HP bar very dark.
