Added the Rossy script. What needs to be done is this (in priority order):
1) Add a story line. 2) Relocate Rossy onto map 025-1 and change the first quest to something else since there isn't any sea slimes in that map. 3) Seperate each NPCs from this scripts to other scripts in the respective folders. This means Rossy in 025-1, Olana in 009-2, David in 024-1 and Julia in 025-4. 4) Add Julia to map 025-4 and make the script on how to find her in these maps (see forum).
