Move @mobinfo, @iteminfo and @whodrops to Sponsor Level (GM 1)
I mean, you could just check the wiki (it is more complete, reliable & useful)
But sponsors are footing the server bill, so it is fine for them to use
the server resources for a 30 seconds convenience, I guess?
