Change wand attack speed factor from 70 (slow-melee) to 90 (slow-ranged).
Then bump it to 92 so shotguns still shoot faster. Note that bows can use
Quivers to improve attack speed. That's not an option with bullets or wands.
WANDS DOES NOT REQUIRE AMMO.
