This fix some possible memory leaks.

Also disable second sync check in code.

Default distance is 2 and it good for ping < 500.
But for bigger ping probably need other values.

Change protocol version to 17.

Also use "sync move" option to enable/disable short/long range desync fix.

Sadly to fix it need warp player to real position, because this while
moving, player some times twitch a bit.
|

|
|
This need because casting animation not always can be stopped by request from server.
Some times server not send stop packet by some reason.
