009-3 & 013-3:
* replaced some corner tiles with the correct tile.
* moved tiles from Ground to Over and replaced them with floor.
013-3:
* renamed empty layer Cliffs to Ground2.
* moved all x1 tiles from Fringe to Ground2.
* moved x2 tiles from Over to Fringe
* Fixed issue presented at https://github.com/themanaworld/tmwa-client-data/issues/25
