Automapper: fixing caves vertical walls
This fixes the rules needed to be applied at corners, which have one
direction with over layer.
(Also all cave rules have been opened, visibility of all layers
was activated, and saved again. Not really needed, just make all
rules look smart. Also the maps are saved now with the latest map
format.)
