Subject: Updated Downloads page

The downloads page now links to the Mana project and all the TMW-branded
packages are categorized as such.

The links to the Fedora and Gentoo packages were updated.

A reference to the latest branding package was added.

A reference to an ancient Ubuntu PPA was removed.
