Lower Banshee Bow critical **rate** from +70% to +20% - AND DON'T RAISE IT EVER AGAIN.
Mana Guardian: Lower luck. Now it can receive critical hits. If it was working well previously then MAYBE bansheers will not notice a difference while fighting them (but it will be DRAMATIC vs everything else). It is impossible to have a decent gameplay if Banshee Bow + Terranite Arrow nears 100% critical. I re-read battle.cpp code - I went though japanese comments - to make this patch.
