Subject: * Implemented Official Cooking Quest. - Optimized Rachel donation
 quest, and added Rachel Guide. - Fixed the name of one of Rachel's shops.
 (Tool Dealer -> Fruit Gardener) - Fixed some typos in the Kyle Hyre Quest's
 additional comments.
