Fixed 5286,Pecopeco_Hairband walkspeed (5->25%), aspd (10% negative ->5% positive), cast time (25% increase -> 5% decrease).
Fixed 5255,Triple_Poring_Hat autocast chance (2->5%).
Fixed 5291,Kettle_Hat autocast %, should be 1% for both waterball lv2 and deluge lv3.
