Subject: Bella, the Scholar, will gift you a Training Wand the first time you
 talk to her. She will also explain you ONCE about the importance of mage
 equipment.

Of course, we still need to decide on mage equipment, stat them, and rebalance
skill mana usage. And then, fix 003-0 insane prices. Back to drawing board, I guess...
